A chocolate experience… without cocoa

This bar challenges everything you know about chocolate.

Here, there is no cocoa. We use ChoViva, an alternative made from roasted sunflower seeds, processed to recreate a melting texture and an intensely chocolatey taste. The result is surprising from the first bite: rich, creamy, deeply satisfying.

ChoViva reproduces chocolate aromas through a process inspired by fermentation and roasting—where most chocolate notes naturally develop.

Sweet clover and pink salt: a balanced harmony

To this unique base, we add our signature touch.

Sweet clover, harvested for its sweet and slightly vanilla notes, rounds out the profile and adds a subtle floral touch.

Pink salt, as a finishing touch, enhances the whole. It amplifies the depth of the aromas and creates a perfectly balanced contrast between sweetness, roundness, and intensity.

A more responsible alternative

ChoViva allows us to rethink chocolate differently.

Made from sunflower seeds grown in Europe, it relies on a shorter supply chain and avoids the challenges associated with cocoa cultivation.

The result: up to 80% less CO₂ emissions compared to traditional chocolate, without compromising on pleasure.
