Shipping Policy

We do everything we can to keep shipping costs reasonable despite significant increases in transportation and fuel costs.

To continue shipping our products throughout Quebec and Canada while keeping rates affordable, our shipping fee structure is now as follows.

How Shipping Fees Are Applied

Only one shipping rate applies per order.

When more than one condition applies to the same order, the highest applicable rate will be charged. Shipping fees are therefore not cumulative.

For example, an order of $75 or more would normally qualify for the reduced $5 shipping rate. However, if the order is heavy, oversized, or being shipped to a remote area, the applicable rate will be $10 instead of $5.

Quebec and Ontario

For orders under $75:
Flat-rate shipping of $10.

For orders of $75 or more:
Reduced shipping rate of $5.

Free shipping is therefore no longer offered. A minimum $5 shipping fee now applies to eligible orders of $75 or more.

Heavy or Oversized Packages

A $10 shipping rate may apply to heavy or oversized packages, including orders weighing 10 lb or more.

This rate helps cover a portion of the additional fees charged by carriers for these types of shipments.

Orders of $500 or More

Orders of $500 or more are subject to an $18 shipping fee.

Depending on the weight, size, and destination of the order, additional shipping charges may be required.

Remote Areas

A $10 shipping rate may apply to deliveries to certain remote areas.

This includes, but is not limited to, many postal codes where the second character is “0.”

Carriers regularly charge additional fees for deliveries to certain rural or remote areas, or locations considered outside their main delivery areas.

New Brunswick

Flat rate: $20

Rest of Canada

For all other Canadian provinces, excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories:

Flat rate: $20

Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories

Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual cost of transportation.

We will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm the shipping cost before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on order volume.

Under normal circumstances, we aim to process and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours.

Certain periods, particularly the holiday season and maple syrup season, generate a much higher volume of orders. During these periods, your order may take several days to be delivered.

Shipping Fee Adjustments

Shipping fees calculated at checkout are based on the information available at the time the order is placed.

In certain situations — particularly for very heavy or oversized packages, remote destinations, or orders requiring multiple packages — the amount automatically charged may not cover the actual shipping costs.

In these cases, we reserve the right to contact you before shipment to adjust the shipping fees.

No additional fees will be charged without notifying you in advance.
