We have married this flavor with our Quebec maple syrup to create a soft, fragrant, and surprisingly comforting artisanal marshmallow. The result is a chewy and airy texture where the gourmet notes of pandan naturally blend with the richness of maple.

Each marshmallow is handcrafted in our workshop and coated with a mixture of maple sugar and cornstarch for a delicate finish that enhances its aromas.
