Ingredients

Pure maple syrup, 35% cream (cream, milk, carrageenan, cellulose gel, cellulose gum), glucose, salt, potassium sorbate*

*Potassium sorbate is used in very small quantities to preserve product quality. It is recognized as safe for food consumption, with no harmful effects on health at the doses used. It allows the caramel to be stored at room temperature while maintaining its coating texture.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
Best before 90 days from the manufacturing/potting date.

After opening:
Store at room temperature and consume within 3 weeks.
Then refrigerate and consume within 2 months.
