Boreal vanilla: an authentic and tasty ingredient
Did you know that the vanilla is not only grown in West Indies , but also at home, in Quebec ? We use the flowers of sweet clover white once dried for their sweet aromas of vanilla, with light accents of hay, tonka bean and almond. It is commonly called boreal vanilla and it will add a unique touch to your culinary preparations.
