Pandan is an aromatic leaf from Southeast Asia. Its flavor evokes vanilla, coconut, and lightly toasted rice. In this ganache, it brings a smooth, enveloping depth that subtly recalls buttered popcorn paired with chocolate.

When cut, the ganache reveals a natural green tint that immediately intrigues. This color suggests something different.

The sweet and salty contrast comes from the balance of the ganache.

The base is white chocolate made with our cold-pressed sunflower oil. The oil gives it exceptional smoothness and an almost milky sensation. On the palate, it's buttery, slightly salty, and enveloping.
