Est-ce que à cette étape que la température du four reste la même pour les faire cuire? (Peut-on préparer les pets-de-sœur à l’avance ? Oui, préparez-les jusqu’à l’étape de la découpe, congelez-les crus, puis cuisez-les directement du congélateur en ajoutant quelques minutes au temps de cuisson.)
