Two essentials that transform aperitifs

A few drops of vinegar, a drizzle of oil, fresh bread… and everything changes.
This duo is ideal for dipping bread as an aperitif, creating rich and balanced vinaigrettes, or enhancing simple dishes with depth and character.

Cold-pressed sunflower oil – 500 ml

From our fields in Outaouais, this virgin high oleic sunflower oil is mechanically extracted, without heat or chemical processes.
Its light and subtly nutty taste is suitable for raw dishes as well as high-temperature cooking.

Rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E, it stands out for its stability and versatility in the kitchen.

Maple and black garlic balsamic-style vinegar – 250 ml

Aged for six months in a bourbon barrel that previously held our maple syrup, then infused with black garlic skins and cloves, this vinegar develops a syrupy texture and woody, caramelized aromas.

It pairs well with salads, roasted vegetables, meats, or even desserts.
