In Quebec, the Yule log is much more than a dessert: it's a symbol of gathering, history, and festivities. Inspired by the log of wood burned to illuminate the long winter nights, it remains a holiday staple, evoking warmth and conviviality around the table.
Our handcrafted Christmas logs pay homage to this tradition while adding a modern touch. Each creation showcases festive flavors and quality ingredients, for an experience that is both authentic and original.
