A honey and lavender ganache

Our ganache is made from white chocolate, 35% cream, honey and lavender. It is then poured into a thin shell of 64% dark chocolate.

The result: a creamy, floral and chocolatey bite, where the lavender remains delicate without overpowering the other flavors.
