Chicken drumstick lollipop


These chicken lollipops are ideal as an aperitif, in 5 to 7 mode, or as a starter during a reception.

Finger food type, they can be eaten with the fingers and are absolutely tasty as they are or even dipped in a spicy mayonnaise.

Your guests will love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 250;
  2. Make an incision at the beginning of the leg, then slide all the skin and meat towards the end;
  3. Dip in olive oil then in the chicken spices;
  4. Wrap bones in foil;
  5. Bake for 2 hours;
  6. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and serve with the spicy mayonnaise (mixture of mayonnaise and Buffalo sauce to taste).
