Je suis décu, j’ai suivi les instructions et sa pas fais un sucre a la crème. C’est des miettes. :(
Pendant que je le battais, même pas a moitié chemin sa durcit et en miettes.
Très déçu car la crème et le sirop coute assez cher maintenant!

J’ai utilisé un thermomètre jusqu’à la chaleur demander mais je crois qu’il aurais peut-etre fallu le faire a la mains au lieu avec la technique de la bulle dans l’eau!
