@Michel, j’ai mis en fait ce qu’on appelle Piment de Jamaïque moulu (Ground allspice), mais on peut mettre des épices à cretons ou du 4 épices (qui contient: clou, cannelle, muscade, piment de la Jamaïque). Merci!

Je n’ai pas encore essayé la recette de creton, que j’imagine très bon. Par contre, j’ai imprimé la recette. Pour une recette de cinq ingrédients, simplicité et tradition, l’impression m’a donné six pages. Six pages ! Pour comparer, j’ai trouvé une recette de “Navarin d’agneau à la printanière”. L’impression me donne deux pages. Je pense qu’il y aurait avantage à simplifier l’impression des recettes. Merci
