I like the idea of ​​introducing beans into a brownie recipe to add fiber, protein and minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc and potassium. I was looking for a brownie recipe that would include beans, maple sugar and cashews and I couldn't find one I liked online. So I decided to develop my own brownie recipe.

  • 1/2 cup crushed cashews OR other nuts of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
