Biography François Lambert
François Lambert is a Quebec entrepreneur, farmer, author, and speaker.
After beginning his career in telecommunications, he went into business with Georges Karam in 2000, co-founding Aheeva, a company specializing in contact centre technology. In 2003, the two partners founded Atelka, which grew into one of Canada’s largest call centre companies before being sold in 2012.
He later became known to a wider audience through television appearances, including Un souper presque parfait and Dans l’œil du dragon, where he participated as an investor. He also took part in Big Brother Célébrités. He has written several books on entrepreneurship, Quebec society, and cooking.
Back to the land
Since 2018, François has focused primarily on growing FrançoisLambert.One. What began as a maple products business has expanded over the years into a substantial food processing and manufacturing operation in Quebec.
Based in Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, in the Outaouais region, the company now develops hundreds of products using maple syrup, garlic, sunflowers, pumpkins, honey, and other agricultural resources.
This chapter of his career reflects an idea he has championed for years: finding new ways to make farming profitable by turning more of what the land produces into finished products.
Entrepreneur, communicator, and speaker
Highly active on social media, François shares his perspective on current events, the economy, and business every day, alongside a behind-the-scenes look at farming and entrepreneurship.
As a speaker, he draws on his successes, mistakes, and the decisions that have shaped his career. His approach is grounded in firsthand experience, covering topics such as leadership, marketing, business partnerships, decision-making, and adapting to change.
