Apple and karamel fleur de sel pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 c. melted butter
  • 1 C. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple variety of your choicex)
  • karamel fleur de sel (moderate quantity or not!)


  • Combine the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the eggs, milk and melted butter to the mixture.
  • Mix everything with a whisk until the mixture is
  • Grill the apple wedges in a pan with a knob of butter.
  • Place the grilled apples on the pancake and sprinkle withkaramel fleur de sel.
