Ingredients

• Lime
• Fine maple sugar François Lambert
• Ice cubes
• Maple 3 original sparkling maple water
• Quebec gin of your choice (optional)
• Small Fruits St-Louis haskap coulis

Preparation

1. Moisten the rim of your cocktail glass with a lime wedge
2. Dip the glass in fine maple sugar
3. Add the ice cubes to the glass
4. Pour in the gin, to taste
5. Add sparkling maple water
6. Pour a drizzle of haskap coulis
7. Place a lime wedge on the rim of the glass
8. To taste.

For an alcohol-free version (mocktail), omit the gin.
