  • 500 grams of minced pork
  • 1 medium savoy cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of your black garlic BBQ spice blend
  • Butter for cooking

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add a knob of butter.

  2. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until nicely browned, making sure to break it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.

  3. While the pork is cooking, wash the Savoy cabbage and cut it into thin strips.

  4. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.

  5. In the same pan, add a little more butter if necessary and add the savoy cabbage. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage begins to soften.

  6. Add your black garlic spice blend to the cabbage and toss well to coat the cabbage.

  7. Return the pork to the pan and mix it with the cabbage. Cook for a few more minutes for the flavors to blend well.

  8. Serve hot with brown rice for a complete meal.

This dish is a real treat for the senses. The smell of slow-cooked savoy cabbage, the sweet scent of black garlic BBQ spices and the tenderness of ground pork combine to create an unforgettable dining experience.
